The agreement between the two companies will be effective from 1st of January 2016. Robinson Brothers is one of the largest independent manufacturers of specialty organic chemicals in great Britain. Azelis already runs partnerships between the two companies in France, Benelux and Turkey. In Germany Azelis has three subsidiaries, in North Rhine-Westfalia, in Krefeld, Moers and Sankt Augustin.
