The inline analytics system is an integral part of a mixing and extrusion line for bladder compounds. To detect inhomogeneities and impurities, compounds are scanned by ultrasound during extrusion. Moreover, the distribution of curing additives can also be scanned by using Rhenogran AP with a marker, which makes an ultra-sonic scan feasible. Dispersion and distribution of fillers and curing additives can be evaluated inline and representatively. With Rhenowave the target conflict between economic production and low scrap rates can be tackled. Rhenowave, therefore, is the appropriate solution for quality control in all continuous production processes.
