The fourth drying line for halobutyl rubber has an annnual capacity of 40 thousand tons. Also in April the company opened a unit for decomposition of high-boiling by-products which will allow to extract an additional 15 thousand tons of isoprene per annum. In May under the program of import substitution the Company at its‘ oligomers plant began production of triisobutylaluminium, which is used as a co-catalyst in production of polyethylene and as a catalyst in production of synthetic rubbers.

In the second half of 2015 the company aims to start-up a modernized alpha-olefins unit. Apart from that the company will continue a number of projects in the area of synthetic rubbers and their raw materials, as well as a number of activities aimed at increasing effectiveness of the majority of its‘ production assets.
