Lanxess and Saudi Aramco to create joint venture for synthetic rubber

Specialty chemicals company Lanxess, Cologne, and Saudi-Arabian oil and gas producer Saudi Aramco plan to establish a joint venture for synthetic rubber detailed in an agreement signed today.
