13.Februar 2007 - Über die letzten Jahrzehnte fand in der Kautschuk-produzierenden Industrie ein interessanter Philosophiewandel hinsichtlich „Qualität“ statt. Von „Quality by Selection“ zu „Uniformity around target“. Durch ausgefeilte Prozeßüberwachung und SPC ist es möglich, Produkte auf einem wesentlich höheren konstanten Qualitätsniveau herzustellen. Durch Einführung von Qualitätsmanagementsystemen ist Qualität relevant für alle Mitarbeiter. Kundenzufriedenheit steht im Fokus! Allerdings ist und bleibt Kautschuk immer etwas besonderes, es gilt, im Dialog zwischen Produzent und Kunden bestimmte Normforderung aus der Sprache der „Schrauben“ in die der „Chemie“ zu übersetzen.

Due to optimisations in the manufacturing process as well as SPC it is possible to produce synthetic rubber at a better and constant level of quality. With the introduction of quality management systems, quality is now part of the work of all employees. Today customer satisfaction is the driving force! However, rubber remains something special! It is important to translate together with the customers the language of the norm from “nuts & bolts” into “chemistry”.
