The severe accident in Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station at 11 March 2011 brought about the degradation on the materials in containment vessel of nuclear power plant by heat and radiation. Electric wire and cable in the container vessel were damaged in the early stage of the accident. This severer accident insisted that the safety level of various equipment used in nuclear plant had to be improved.
