The global economy is evolving toward a circularity, which targets on minimising waste and extending the useful life of resources. In today‘s world, energy supply and pollution are major concerns on a global scale [1]. The large number of worn and discarded tyres is a specific issue [2]. Global tyre production reaches approximately 1.5 billion units annually, equating to roughly 17 million tonnes of old tyres [3, 4]. Continued industrialization and economic growth can raise personal income levels and increase the percentage of the people who can afford a car. As the number of motor vehicle ownership increases, demand for new tyres will increase [5].
