Thermogravimetric analysis of various analytical methods was applied to obtain the activation energy of LLDPE containing various different concentration of the antioxidant reagent.

The certain polymers have been expected to use for a long time under the relatively higher temperatures. The estimation of the life time of the sample being used under the long period of the thermal condition requires the short time test. Activation energy of the thermal degradation of polymer is of importance to decide the condition of the short time test. The various methods have been studied for obtaining the activation en ergy.
