Rubber compounds for technical rubber goods (TRG) are made out of a variety of ingredients to adjust their properties across a wide range [1]. In addition to the German demand for natural and synthetic rubber of 305,000 tonnes for TRG in 2024 [2], fillers such as carbon black and silica are used in a similar amount [3].
