Electric wire and cable used in the container vessel of nuclear power plant are exposed to low dose rare radiation and to relatively modest heat during its working period. Loss of coolant accident (LOCA) in Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station at 11 March 2011 brought about thermal degradation of materials in container vessel of nuclear power plant.
